I founded The Sights And Sounds in Chicago of 2011 as a self-funded project to express my love for music.
At it’s peak, I grew The Sights and Sounds to a monthly readership of 10,000+ and was named one of ‘The 100 World’s Most Influential Music Blogs’ in 2014 and 2015. It was also nominated as one of Chicago’s best music blogs 2013-2015.
I covered and photographed more than 250 music festivals and live events around the world, interviewed world renowned artists such as Snoop Dogg, Big Gigantic, Meow Wolf, Rev Run, Dragonette, and led a team of writers, photographers, and videographers who covered new music releases, music news, and live events.
