CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Implemented and oversaw the creative direction, character development, illustrator training, and back-end creative process for Bo Jackson Battle Arena, leading a team of 10+ illustrators, designers, product managers, and outside vendors to successfully launch a brand new sports themed Collectible/Trading Card Game that sold out it's initial print run.
Built and implemented innovative new back-end creative processes and workflows and implemented training workshops for the company that greatly increased the efficiency and asset management across every product vertical and creative team.

OUTCOMES
The initial Alpha set for Bo Jackson Battle Arena completely sold out online and in retail pre-sales. New releases continue to sell out and secondary market sales are at all time highs.
The creative direction was integral in securing partnerships and collaborations with legendary sports athletes such as Bo Jackson, Allen Iverson, Marcus Allen, Larry Johnson, and many others.
My implementation of new back-end creative work flows and processes allowed the team to scale exponentially, allowing the company to launch new products faster and more reliably.
