CREATIVE DIRECTOR
As Creative Director, I concepted and built out the Bantam Brigade world, characters, branding, and lore. I oversaw the physical printing and live events for the game and player base.
On launch day, Bantam Brigade was a Top 10 Trending Project worldwide on OpenSea.
Collectors loved the digital cards, with multiple verified secondary market sales in the thousands of dollars for rare and serialized variations.
Produced and printed the physical cards and launched at the 2023 National Sports Card Convention in Rosemont, IL.

BANTAMS
With the help of early AI platforms such as Midjourney, I concepted and brought to life 27 initial character designs. Using the early concepts, I led a team of digital artists to flesh out and composite each Bantam into its final version below:

THE LORE
After the earthquake came the portals…
Strange sightings began occurring all over Barefoot Island and beyond, and Tikimon could sense a malevolent force was on the horizon. Though mighty, he knew his Barefoot Pirate crew wouldn’t be able to protect all of the Republic on their own. And the Barefoot Parrots? Well, they’re a whole other story. So Tikimon had to devise a plan.
In the dead of night, while the Barefoot inhabitants soundly slept, Tikimon secretly explored the realms on the otherside of these portals and would eventually make a discovery that would change the fate of the Barefoot Republic forever… elemental resources never before seen in this world. Tikimon learned to harness the energy of the alien resources he discovered in these strange lands and, combined with the use of his ancient magic, created a new species of creatures he called Bantams – named both for their small size and fierce nature.
And so the Bantam Brigade was born!
The Bantams are tasked with protecting the Barefoot Republic and all its inhabitants from the dark forces that lurk beyond the portals. Tikimon has decreed that all citizens are to support the cause by joining forces with the Bantams to train, battle, and ultimately protect the Barefoot way of life.
